Wentworth and surrounds consists of several small community townships that each celebrate the rich history, culture and natural beauty in the area. There's plenty to discover including local aboriginal history, historic ports, paddlesteamers, irrigation settlements and the pioneering families that helped shape the district. A must see is the Wentworth Pioneer Museum housing over 3,000 artefacts and relics covering all aspects of the history of Wentworth and surrounds.
