Road Conditions

Some popular destinations can only be reached by unsealed roads, which can often be closed due to wet weather.

The following Road Condition Report includes information about the two entrance roads to Mungo National Park; the Top Hut Road (via Wentworth) and the Arumpo Road (via Buronga/Mildura) as well as roads such as the Pooncarie to Menindee Road and the Old Renmark Road to Lake Victoria.
