Originally named the Commerical, the hotel was built by John Leary in 1886 and was only one storey. The second storey was added in 1925 for accommodation and was renamed the Captain Sturt Hotel. The facade remains as a traditional country style pub. We pride ourselves with traditional country style service and meals. Relax in the Beer Garden with family and friends.
BISTRO OPEN: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays : 12:00noon-2:00pm & 6:00pm-8:30pm
SUNDAY ROASTS: 11:30am-3:00pm. Set roast meal and kids meals.
