Home Butcher on half side of beeft, a full sheep and half side of pork.  Meat Smoking Masterclass and Q & A session with Evan Algate, Pavilions Bistro & Souvlaki Inn.  Catring provided by Lower Anabranch Sporting and Landcar Group.  Outback Mobile Resource Unit (OMRU) will be offering childlren's activities from 10am to 2pm.  Smoked meat tastings to wrap up the day.  Meet with local services in health, community and agriculture.
